The Whale Lick Mat from Barks and Brownies is one of those brilliantly simple products that earns its place on the shelf immediately — a food-grade silicone mat shaped like an adorable whale that turns an ordinary snack into a genuinely engaging activity. Dogs are natural lickers, and this little mat gives that instinct a satisfying, productive outlet that keeps tails wagging and minds busy.

The whale's textured surface is designed with ridges and valleys that grip spreads like peanut butter, plain yogurt, wet food, or pureed fruits and veggies — just enough texture to hold the good stuff and keep dogs happily at work. It's dishwasher-safe for effortless cleanup, and for an extra-special warm-weather treat, simply load it up and pop it in the freezer for a longer-lasting lick session your dog will absolutely lose their mind over.

This mat is a wonderful fit for dogs who inhale their meals too quickly, pups who need a little help settling down, or any dog who simply loves a good licking challenge — which, honestly, is most of them. At one universal size, it works beautifully for everyone from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, and that's exactly why Dog Dish keeps it stocked.
